There is no referral required, no assessment, and no commitment needed to have a conversation. We are happy to talk through what we offer and help you decide whether it feels right.

No referral needed — just come along.

Sessions are open to anyone aged 55 or over who is managing a long-term health condition, or who simply feels they would benefit from some company and reliable health information. There is no waiting list and no sign-in sheet. The first visit is always the hardest. Most people say they wish they had come sooner.
